It appears that not only did Michael use and abuse prescription drugs, but there were many enablers such as doctors, nurse practitioners, pharmacists and others, who made it possible for the abuse to continue.
Whoever and where ever they are, the full force of the law should be applied to their crimes. While Michael bare the ultimate responsibility for the abuse of any prescription drug given to him, the doctors, medical facilitators and druggists bare even more responsibility for providing him the medications repeatedly.
How could he have taken Demerol if someone had not written or filled a prescription? How would a powerful sedative, such as Propofol better know as Diprivan, which can only be given through continuous intravenous drip in a hospital setting, find its way into Michael’s home?
Oh yes, someone should and will be prosecuted for murder or manslaughter.
Michael has paid his price.
