Bart "Judas" Stupak

The man standing in this picture is the most cowardly and deceitful man since Judas Iscariot.  As a matter of fact I would describe him as our modern day Judas.  Please do not misunderstand what I am saying.  We all know that Judas Iscariot carried out the most treacherous deed in the history of mankind when he sold out Jesus Christ, the purest,  most innocent representation of life we will ever see on this side of eternity.

Bart Stupak, on the other hand, will be characterized as one who has committed a deed almost as treacherous – he pretended to be friend of the unborn but tonight he turned his back on the  sanctity of life when he cut his deal with President Obama, the most pro-abortion president in the history of American politics, in the name of health care.

Here’s the creepiest speech of all times

I am so happy not 1 Republican voted for this monstrosity – not 1

Gateway Pundit said this about SLIMY STUPAK!

Eight hours ago Bart Stupak would not budge.
Now, eight hours later, he slams the GOP for pushing his own Stupak pro-life Amendment.

Pro-abortion Dem Rep Bart Stupak:

“Thank you. The motion to recommit purports to be a right to life motion in the spirit of the Stupak Amendment. But as the author of the Stupak Amendment, this motion is nothing more than an opportunity to continue to deny 32 million Americans health care. The motion… The motion is really a last ditch effort of 98 years of denying Americans health care. It is the democrats who have stood up for the principle of no funding for abortion. It is the democrats through the president’s executive order that ensures the sanctity of life is protected.”

Mark Steyn: This Is Even Worse Than You’re Thinking

Mark Steyn

We can rally tomorrow to take back Congress, repeal the bill, and impeach the Communist in Chief’s ass once we get subpeona power and are able to find out all the laws he’s broken to pass this one.

For now, let’s grieve over the damage that’s been done in one fell blow.

If Barack Obama does nothing else in his term in office, this will make him one of the most consequential presidents in history. It’s a huge transformative event in Americans’ view of themselves and of the role of government. You can say, oh, well, the polls show most people opposed to it, but, if that mattered, the Dems wouldn’t be doing what they’re doing. Their bet is that it can’t be undone, and that over time, as I’ve been saying for years now, governmentalized health care not only changes the relationship of the citizen to the state but the very character of the people. As I wrote in NR recently, there’s plenty of evidence to support that from Britain, Canada and elsewhere. More prosaically, it’s also unaffordable. That’s why one of the first things that middle-rank powers abandon once they go down this road is a global military capability. If you take the view that the US is an imperialist aggressor, congratulations: You can cease worrying. But, if you think that America has been the ultimate guarantor of the post-war global order, it’s less cheery. Five years from now, just as in Canada and Europe two generations ago, we’ll be getting used to announcements of defense cuts to prop up the unsustainable costs of big government at home. And, as the superpower retrenches, America’s enemies will be quick to scent opportunity.

Longer wait times, fewer doctors, more bureaucracy, massive IRS expansion, explosive debt, the end of the Pax Americana, and global Armageddon. Must try to look on the bright side…

He also aims to make Republicans partners in the destruction of America, by making us endorse his cataclysmic irresponsibility — when we take back Congress, we will be faced with two vicious choices: Raise taxes ruinously, or allow the country to repudiate its debt and go bankrupt. Because the best option — repealing the bill — will be impossible until a real President is installed and next-to-impossible thereafter.

The passage of this phony healthcare “reform” is a tremendous blow to the cause of fiscal restraint, limited government, Constitutional principles, and free enterprise. In short, it strikes directly at America’s core principles. This is shameful moment in the history of our country — and especially the Democratic Party, which has apparently come unmoored from whatever remaining attachment it had to the ideals of our Founders. In place of a dedication to “life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness,” there is only a rapacious impulse to ever-expanded state control, and an avaricious imperative to seize ever-more of your rightful possessions.

The Democrats are beyond reason. They are beyond appeals to common sense and patriotism. The corrupt milieu that produced President Barack Obama has metastasized and seated itself in Washington, D.C. — and we saw it on full display in the razor-thin passage of this healthcare “reform.” Every trick, every pressure, every shameless deal was done. Down to perverting the rules of the American Congress, the Democrats stopped at nothing.

Perhaps most pathetic was the spectacle of Michigan Congressman Bart Stupak, who exchanged his pro-life principles for a hollow promise from the most pro-abortion President in American history. That executive order won’t stand up to judicial scrutiny — the President cannot override the law by fiat — and pro-life organizations like National Right to Life and the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops understand that it’s a worthless scrap of paper. Yet Rep. Stupak’s desperation for thin cover to do the wrong thing is useful in one way: it illustrates the union of moral vacuum and maneuvering deception at the core of the Democratic effort for Obamacare.

That’s why the American people will throw them out of office this November.
