Obama’s Oil Spill Speech Is No 9/11 Bush Bullhorn Moment!

The images you have just watched are seared into our memories forever.  They should be.  There has never been an attack such as the one of September 11, 2001, on American soil.

The attack of Sept. 11, 2001, on the World Trade Twin Towers in NYC.

An explosion rocked an offshore oil drilling platform, sending a column of fire into the sky and touching off a frantic search at sea for at least 11 originally reported missing. Most of the 126 workers on the rig Deepwater Horizon were believed to have escaped safely after the explosion that happened about 10 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, 2010.

For some strange and impolite reason, President Obama has chosen to compare the Gulf Coast Oil Spill to the events of 9/11.  Clyde Middleton of The Examiner wrote:

He said that just as the events of September 11, 2001, had profoundly shaped ‘our view of our vulnerabilities and our foreign policy’, so the oil disaster would shape thinking on the environment and energy for years to come.

How offensive and cruel can one be?  Obama simply wants to push another big government bill down our throats! It’s called Cap and Trade!

I believe that many of us are running out of words to describe the insensitive opportunism Obama displays during times when we should all rally together and support the people of the Gulf Coast.

I truly believe Obama is incapable of connecting with the suffering of others.  This is probably because of his childhood abuse.  It appears that Obama’s mother passed him off to her parents while she became a ‘world traveler’.  The time she spent with him was in the presence of those who certainly were not role models for children.  His grandparents didn’t do any better as Obama was introduced to the incorrigible, communist pedophile, Frank Marshall Davis. Only God knows what Obama experienced as a young boy.

Now, we have the finished product as the leader of our country.

Just listen to George W. Bush as he speaks to the nation after the September 11 attacks and then listen to Obama as he spoke from the Oval Office on the Gulf Coast Oil Spill:

The difference is one of these men cares and loves his nation and the other one does not.  Can you guess which is which?
